SG File Locations
We currently have three file locations. While this is not ideal, we have created strict guidelines for what type of file goes where. Additionally, the Google Drive location will be moved to Dropbox in 2023 when A&A does the file migration to that system.
Google Drive
WA Space Grant shared drive, owned by Kristi. Use sparingly - mostly for documents that are to be shared outside of UW.
One Drive
One Drive is for working files - things we are currently collaborating on and making edits to.
Groups
Used for official record keeping and archives. This is the IT server location. We refer to it as the Groups location because access is governed by the UW Groups system. A&A IT needs to provide instructions on how to connect if you do not already have a connection established on your computer.
