Every quarter, all TAs and graders will have a check-in meeting with the lead TA in week 4 or 5. The purpose of this check-in is to discuss how the quarter is going, and to come up with solutions to any issues or concerns you may be having. TAs will have the option of sharing a feedback form with their students based off of this template:

At the end of the quarter, instructors will fill out an evaluation form for TAs and graders. These responses will be shared with TAs and graders at the start of the next quarter. These evaluations guide individual TA/grader development, as well as shape the support and training that the lead TA provides to all TAs and graders.
