The Front Desk will remove department locks from a locker when it is assigned to a new student. Before students get a locker, they must fill out the google form on this page to request oneStudents can request a locker via the Google Form on our website: https://www.aa.washington.edu/students/resources/lockers

 

Academic Services will send students to the Front Desk where you will verify their name and assigned locker number from this sheet:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1an6l62xC3lTiBTZ6Y4ALq8oFXHKic2sEfF_DhuTyRrQ/edit#gid=1203023783

 

You will retrieve a department lock key from the safe and walk with the student to their locker and remove the department lock.

Return the lock and key to the Once the student completes the form, fill out the Locker Log Audit to assign the student a locker.

Email the student to let them know they’ve been assigned a locker:

Subject: A&A Locker Assignment CONFIRMATION

Dear [name],

This email is to notify you that we have received your A&A locker request, and you’ve been assigned locker #[number] on the [first or third] floor of Guggenheim Hall.

Please stop by the GUG 211 Front Desk to have the department lock removed from the locker, then you can add your own personal lock.

A&A Front Desk

Retrieve the locker key from the GUG 211 safe, then walk the student to their locker to remove the department lock. The student must supply their own lock for their locker.

Return the department lock to the GUG 211 safe.
