Default SharePoint Online site storage limit: 25TB
Maximum items in a list: 30 million items
Maximum files and folders in a library: 30 million
Files “deleted” from SharePoint are stored in the “Recycle Bin” for 93 days from deletion (assuming an Admin doesn’t “Empty the Recycle Bin”)!
