Write a new comment in the Frontdesk Passdown Channel with the date and shift times covered as the header. The comment should include any loose-ends you may have not addressed or information that needs to be shared.

Do Security Check - are doors closed that need to be closed in GUG?
Check paper levels in copiers in Main Office, Gug 3rd floor, and computer lab. (AERB 241 will email front desk if they need paper).

Check coffee stock, Monday morning. Tell Kim if we need more.
Send out email to core staff for supplies, Wednesday morning
Check office supplies/place order, Friday (1pm)
Audit the package room and package pick-up list, Monday morning
Throw out any piles of general magazines that were left for pick up by the mailboxes. If anyone’s mailbox gets too full, arrange to drop it off in their office, Monday morning
Check Denton, GUG 3rd Floor Kitchen, and AERB Kitchen (120G) for Dishwashing Soap, Cleaner, Paper Towels and the state of the sponge. Resupply if supplies are low. Put on reorder list if necessary.
