Office Manager Daily Checklist:

GUG 211D Conference Room Room

  • Straighten chairs.

  • Open blinds.

  • Ensure the computer is plugged in and tech is in standby mode.

  • Wipe down surfaces.

GUG 211K Kitchenette/Copy Room

  • Make coffee.

  • Refill paper in the copier if needed.

  • Clean and tidy if needed.

GUG 211A Package Room

  • Make sure packages are labeled, sorted, and organized on the shelves.

GUG 205 Undergraduate Denton Study Room

  • Straighten up if neededchairs and tables.

  • Remove any personal belongings and put them in lost and found.

    • (Games and puzzles already in there are okay).

  • Restock cleaning supplies as needed.

GUG 212 AA Computer Lab Lab

  • Remove any personal belongings and put them in lost and found.

  • Ensure all computers are plugged in.

  • Straighten/push in chairs.

  • Wipe down surfaces as needed.

GUG 3rd Floor Copier

  • Refill paper.

Guggenheim 3rd Floor -GUG 2nd/3rd Floor & AERB 1st/2nd Floor:

  • Ensure hallway TV screens in GUG and AERB are working. Check the wiki for instructions to troubleshoot.

GUG 305 Meeting Room

  • Straighten tables and chairs (U shape configuration).

  • Wipe down surfaces.

  • Open blinds.

  • Ensure the tech touchpad is responsive. Tell David if there are any tech issues.

GUG 309 Kitchen

  • Clean and tidy Wipe down counters if needed.

  • Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, cleaner, sponge, etc.) when needed.

GUG 3rd Floor Copier

  • Refill paper if as needed.

GUG 311, 316, and 318 Suites

  • Straighten chairs and wipe down surfaces as needed.

  • Replace dry erase and cleaning supplies as needed.

AERB 130

  • Straighten chairs.

  • Wipe down surfaces.

  • Ensure the tech touchpad is responsive. Tell David if there are any tech issues.

AERB 241

  • Refill paper in the copier if needed.

End of Dayday:

  • Lock safe.

  • Lock Close package room .Clean out the coffee maker and tidy kitchen spacedoor.

  • Turn off lights.

  • Ensure the 211 front door is closed and locked.

Daily/Ongoing Tasks:

  • Check and process mail.Check voicemail.

  • Check and process room reservations.

  • Check and triage emails for aafrontdesk.

  • Check aa-access email.

  • Keep the front desk/waiting area clean and tidy.

  • Check shared supplies and reorder when needed.

  • Audit package room & package pick up spreadsheet.

  • Audit safe.

  • Make sure building signage is up-to-date.Clean out GUG 309 fridge. (Biweekly)
