Front Desk Slide Show

Fire TV Upload Photos

1. Log in to Amazon photos: https://www.amazon.com/photos/albums

   • Log in: aafrontdesk@uw.edu

   • Password: RockNRoll+1!!

2. Hit Add and Upload photos

   • For multiple slides: PUT ALL SLIDES INTO FOLDER---> Upload the entire album

3. Add to album: main office slideshow

4. In upper left corner: Sort by date uploaded

Fire TV Cast to TV - Guggenheim and AERB all monitors

1. Connect TV to UW Wifi through the front desk username and password

2. Search for amazon photos and login

3. Go to albums ---> main office slideshow

4. Top right corner ---> Play slideshow

5. Adjust settings to speed-->slow

Chromecast to the Guggenheim Monitors

To reset the powerpoint:

• Log in with your netid acct to the tablet to the right of the phone 

• Make sure the wifi is on UW MPSK

• Turn on the TV with the red power button on the remote

• Go on chrome → google drive

• log in to the aafrontdesk account

• click on the front desk powerpoint

• In the top right corner of the tab there are 3 dots → click it → click “cast…” 

• Select Gug211 TV, Gug200 Hall, Gug300 Hall

• On google slides go to file → publish to the web

• Choose ten seconds and click “start slideshow immediately” and “restart after the first slide”

• Copy the link and paste it into a new tab

Live Streaming

• Follow first three steps above

• Go to website you need to livestream

• In the top right corner of the tab there is 3 dots → click it → click “cast…”  and then cast to the appropriate monitor(s).
