Reserve

To get started, visit the STLP website and select “Reserve” to create a user profile. Continue by first selecting the desired office location and checkout date before making your equipment selection.

Check Out

Visit the selected STLP office location on the scheduled checkout date to claim your equipment. Reservations not claimed on the scheduled checkout date are subject to cancellation.

Return

Return your equipment to the same STLP office location from which it was checked out by the designated return date. Student borrowing privileges will be restricted for equipment not returned on time.

Locations & Hours

STLP has three office locations serving the UW Seattle campus. All offices are closed on weekends, UW holidays, and during quarterly break periods. Please check the STLP website for additional announcements and closures as they occur.

Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
