Troubleshooting access issues

The front desk may not check out keys to anyone. We are just the location where faculty and staff might pick up keys.

If someone can not get into their lab or other space, ask if they are currently employed or enrolled. If the answer to one of these is yes, they can email aa-access@uw.edu to troubleshoot. Rachel, Sean and Betsy have access to all spaces. They generally all leave at 4pm. Amy has access to some spaces.
