Consortium Management: Student Data Verification

A: “Are you awarding students this quarter?” – include reminder of requirements, including affiliate confirmation of citizenship (add this to leadership meeting)

1. Obtain list of students, project title/major, relevant mission directorate (assigned internally)

2. Profile form completion – might be in new Gateway system

   1. Verifying that student attested citizenship

3. Media release form completion

B: Invoice submitted UW

1. Verify backup documentation with student names

2. Follow up on discrepancies – split by affiliate issue or student issue

3. Update “status” with Chris/WP Forms/spreadsheet
