Last Day for a final submission of an electronic thesis/dissertation (ETD)

Last Day to submit the master’s thesis approval form for an electronic thesis (ETD) to the Graduate School.

Friday March 17th

Last Day for Doctoral Reading Committee members to submit electronic approval of a dissertation in Faculty MyGrad.

Friday March 17th

Last Day to submit Survey of Earned Doctorates (SED) online (doctoral students only).

Registration

  • Jan 3, 2023 - Late Registration Fee begins ($25)

    • First-time registration (signing up for a class) for the quarter

  • Jan 17, 2023 - Late Registration Fee begins ($75)

    • First-time registration (signing up for a class) for the quarter

  • Jan 9, 2023 - Last day to make changes in registration via MyUW without being assessed a $20 Fee and possible tuition forfeiture

  • Jan 9, 2023 - Last day to withdraw without owing tuition or fees

  • Jan 22, 2023 - Last day to add a course through MyUW

  • Jan 17 – Mar 10, 2023 - Late Course Drop Period - Use of Current Quarter Drop required and a $20 Fee is assessed

Tuition

  • Jan 10, 2023 - One-half tuition due if withdrawing for the quarter on/after this date

  • Jan 20, 2023 - Tuition payment deadline for all registered students.

  • Jan 23, 2023- Late Payment Period begins (requires a Late-payment Fee)

  • Feb 2, 2023 - Full tuition due if withdrawing for the quarter on/after this date
