Course Substitution

Should be used to have a course count towards an A&A requirement when not normally allowed.
Information needed will include:
- Course Number/Title
- Number of Credits
- Quarter/Year Taken
- Justification Statement
- Syllabus and Other Support Documentation (Optional)
Forms are reviewed by the A&A Undergraduate Committee (typically meets weekly on Thursdays during the regular academic year). Decisions will be sent out via e-mail shortly afterwards.
