What Advisers Can Help With

  • Degree planning and scheduling

  • Explaining your options and helping you understand department or UW policies and procedures

  • Enrollment verification, signing OPT forms, signing other paperwork as necessary

  • Telling you about various campus resources (things like diversity resources, student organizations, health and wellness, etc.)

  • Listening to you and understanding your situation, and referring you to the correct person or office for help when needed.
