Updating Lab Websites

Getting set up to edit our lab websites

1. Watch this Divi Builder tutorial: 
   How to Edit Divi Built Posts & Pages Built in WordPress (Divi Theme)
   We use the Divi Builder in most of our auxiliary websites (not Space Grant). This video is a good intro of what you'll see on the backend. 

2. Go here and set up/log in to the UW sites system using your UW netIDs. Let Amy know when you have done this.
   This will register you in the system so we can add your UW NetId to the backend of our wordpress sites. You will go through steps to set up your own blog. Obviously, we don't need you to have a blog, but that's how you get into the system.

Logging in to each website

1. Navigate to the lab website homepage. All of our lab websites are linked from our Centers & Laboratories Page.

2. Add /wp-admin to a sites' homepage url to access the backend to edit the site.
   For example, to log in to edit our CFM Lab, you will navigate to https://sites.uw.edu/cfmlab/wp-admin

3. Log on with your personal UWNetID.
