How to use the printer

Our printer is a Xerox AltaLink C8000 series

Adding someone to the printer address book

1. Put the printer’s IP address in the search bar and hit enter (or go to https://172.25.33.159/stat/welcome.php)

   1. You will be told it’s not secure/there will be a warning page. Hit “advanced” and “continue to site”

2. Log into the system. Username is “admin”, password is “1111”

3. Go to “address book” in the top navigation bar and fill out the fields available

Checking printer levels:

1. From home page, go to “device”

   1. To check paper levels, go to “paper trays”, tray 5 is bypass tray and will almost always be empty

   2. To check ink/waste levels, go to “supplies”
